Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Mexico is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (E3) to deliver high-quality configurations, customizations and integrations within defined architecture and governance standards.

You will design and implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), build catalog items, and create REST/SOAP integrations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Strong ITIL knowledge and CSAs/CIS-ITSM are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ITSM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications
• Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
• Support automation and orchestration scenarios
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations
• Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices
• Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos
