Job summary

Softtek in Mexico City is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer with proven expertise in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices. You will configure, customize, and automate ServiceNow to streamline ITSM processes and improve service efficiency.

You will integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and MID Servers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Service Desk and governance teams to ensure reliable, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven expertise delivering scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with ITIL.
Strong configuration, customization, and automation skills.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and MID Servers.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM workflows.
Lead platform customization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and MID Servers.
Oversee CMDB architecture, data quality, and service mapping activities.
Manage ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform health improvements.
Provide technical leadership for incidents, problems, and changes; mentor junior engineers.
