Atos is seeking a CRM Engineer - ServiceNow for a global role based in Mexico. You will design, configure and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions, lead intelligent workflows, and build AI-powered automation across customer operations.

The role requires deep technical expertise and collaboration with stakeholders worldwide. You will implement advanced integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server, ensuring CMDB/CSDM alignment and secure, scalable platform capabilities.

Formación

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development focusing on CRM/CSM workflows and AI-powered capabilities.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise or consulting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform across CRM/CSM modules.
• Develop AI-powered customer workflows and automated processes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub; manage CMDB/CSDM alignment.
