A technology consulting firm is seeking a mid-senior level professional with expertise in ServiceNow solutions. The role involves designing and implementing processes on the ServiceNow platform, conducting technical reviews, and providing project management leadership. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes and custom application development. This is a full-time position based in Estado de México, Mexico.

Formación

• Experience in designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on customer needs.
• Strong development experience in ServiceNow (REST/SOAP Webservices, Java scripting, etc.).
• Experience in configuration of IT Service Management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct technical reviews and end-user trainings.
• Manage project delivery and client contracts.
