Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a mid-to-senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, build, and improve ITSM modules on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management, with hands-on scripting and workflow automation to deliver reliable ITSM processes.

Based onsite in Mexico, you will advance automated, self-service capabilities and apply ITIL 4 practices at enterprise scale, while

Qualifications

6+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
3+ years across core ITSM modules — Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

Configure and extend Incident Management and Problem Management to match ITIL 4 practices.
Configure Change Enablement, Release workflows, and CAB scheduling with risk assessments.
Design and build Service Catalog items, request fulfillment workflows, and Knowledge Management configurations.
Develop automation across ITSM modules and build REST/SOAP integrations.
Manage update sets and code promotion through development, test and production.
