Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico seeks a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our enterprise performance team in Querétaro. You will design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions for diverse global clients, mentoring junior developers while maintaining best practices.

Work involves ITSM, ITOM, HRSD modules, and ongoing collaboration with engagement managers and stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.
