Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will build and customize ServiceNow applications, optimize automated workflows, and implement Now Assist AI capabilities, collaborating with our Solutions Architect to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, CSA certification, strong JavaScript skills, and a solid ITIL background.

Formación

• 3+ years developing and configuring core ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/SAM, etc).
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services.
• Strong ITIL understanding and analytical troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalog items, and system features using JavaScript and APIs.
• Advance Now Assist AI capabilities and automate workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Create and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery and upgrade cycles to ensure performance and security.
