A technology solutions company is seeking a remote ServiceNow Developer. You will focus on understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and managing IT Service Management configurations. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow Implementation Certification and extensive experience in ServiceNow modules. This is a full-time position suitable for mid-senior level professionals.

Formación

• ServiceNow Implementation Certified is mandatory.
• Strong experience in IT Service Management modules required.
• Familiarity with requirement gathering and conducting end-user trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer business needs and translate them for technical development.
• Design solutions on ServiceNow platform based on customer requirements.
• Provide scope, effort estimates, and suggest development methodology.
• Create user stories or work breakdown structures.
• Track work items and report progress.
• Handle escalations from team and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation.
• Lead Technical Reviews and End User Trainings.
• Configure IT Service Management: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Request.
• Manage service requests, service portal, service catalog, asset and user setup.

Overview

ServiceNow Developer - 100% Remote in Mexico

Responsibilities

• Expertise in understanding the customer business need and decipher it for technical development in ServiceNow
• Specialization in designing solutions on ServiceNow platform basis the customer need
• Specialization in providing scope, effort estimates and suggesting development methodology for the required ServiceNow solutions
• Experience in creating user stories or work break down structures to enable the technical team to work upon deliverables
• Experience in tracking work items and reporting the progress to different stakeholders
• Experience in handling escalations from within the team as well as project stakeholders
• Know how to conduct requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation
• Experience in conducting Technical Reviews, End User Trainings
• Strong Experience in configuration of IT Service Mgmt. - Incident Mgmt., Problem Mgmt., Change Mgmt., Release Mgmt., Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset and User Set up
• ServiceNow Implementation Certified
