Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team. You’ll build, customize, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet internal business needs.

Collaborate with Solutions Architect to integrate systems, enhance automation, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across the platform. This role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow experience and CSA certification.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience developing and configuring core modules within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO).
• ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and integrating third-party systems.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop and refine integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Collaborate in an Agile setting and participate in upgrades to ensure performance and security.
• Advance automation and leverage API capabilities to meet business needs.
