CoreX is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions for diverse customers. You will lead hands-on delivery across Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping while mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires strong experience in ITOM, CMDB governance, and integration with REST/SOAP APIs, including MID Servers. You will engage with stakeholders and guide architecture decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation, development, or technical consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, credentials, schedules, CI identification, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, data quality, governance, and CSDM.
• Experience with Service Mapping and application/service dependency mapping.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a distributed delivery team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on customer requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
• Lead hands-on delivery across ITOM Visibility, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities.
• Participate in customer workshops to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and optimize Discovery schedules, credentials, MID Servers, probes, patterns, identification rules, and reconciliation processes.
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing health of the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework.
• Configure and maintain CI classes, relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, data sources, and CMDB governance processes.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Mentor junior and mid-level ServiceNow resources and help establish technical delivery best practices across project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, automation, scalability, and overall customer outcomes.
