Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to design, build, and maintain applications across ITSM and ITOM. You will craft server-side and client-side components in JavaScript, implement robust integrations, and automate CMDB governance.

You will collaborate with analysts and architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Advanced English required for stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes and modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and CMDB.
• Proficient in scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI policies/actions.
• Ability to design workflows with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Comfort with upgrades, governance, security practices, and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow apps across ITSM/ITOM.
• Write server-side and client-side components with JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Maintain CMDB quality and automate governance tasks.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate requirements into designs.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.
