Job summary
Xideral is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team in Monterrey. This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert and supporting enterprise implementations for leading global projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and must possess advanced English proficiency. The position offers attractive salary plus premium benefits, such as performance bonuses and medical insurance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementation.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules.
- Provide best practice guidance to design and implementation teams.
- Validate configurations against approved functional designs.
- Support UAT defect triage and prioritization.
- Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness.
