Xideral is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team in Monterrey. This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert and supporting enterprise implementations for leading global projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and must possess advanced English proficiency. The position offers attractive salary plus premium benefits, such as performance bonuses and medical insurance.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementation.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Subject Matter Expert across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules.
• Provide best practice guidance to design and implementation teams.
• Validate configurations against approved functional designs.
• Support UAT defect triage and prioritization.
• Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness.
