Ingeniosi is seeking an experienced Account Manager & Recruitment Senior Consultant to enhance their ServiceNow capabilities. The role requires extensive knowledge of ServiceNow products and hands-on experience with various modules. You will be responsible for configuring applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training, contributing to the success of client implementations in the IT Services and IT Consulting sector.

Formación

• At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow or related field.
• Hands-on experience on at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to document and maintain policies and procedures.

At least 3+ years (consultant) 5+ years (senior consultant) of experience in ServiceNow or related field.

• Well versed with various ServiceNow products & platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience on at least two ServiceNow modules (Security, GRC, ITSM, Discovery Implementation, ITAM, ITOM, DevOps, etc.).
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Use ServiceNow Platform to meet identified business requirements and functional needs.
• Support ServiceNow platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing bug fixes.
• Review user stories to understand requirements and create technical architecture documentation for solutions.
• Troubleshoot errors in ServiceNow configuration.
• Complete deployment of solutions across sub-production and production environments.
• Provide training on each tool's functionality, both in person and through other methods.
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
