JLL is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, configure, and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management. You will use JavaScript, Flow Designer, and MID Servers to integrate tools and map dependencies across the enterprise.

Formación

• ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM best practices across multiple modules.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required; other certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure, and customize ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management).
• Maintain CMDB data integrity and reconciliation rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot MID Servers and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document technical requirements.
