Qualifications

• Experience with Source to Pay, custom apps, integration scoping and GRC.
• Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow.
• Proven technical consultant in client environments.
• JS scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, AngularJS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-centric.
• Certified System Administrator.
• Certified Technical Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow platform design, development, deployment, and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and define solutions.
• Mentor team members and enforce technical design standards.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and drive solution design.
• Provide pre-sales scoping for ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, and integrations.
