Formación

• 9+ years of ServiceNow platform experience and deep architecture knowledge.
• 2+ years in an architecture or technical lead role.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong integration architecture and security best practices.
• Experience with ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM modules is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Define platform standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Mentor developers and technical consultants.
• Support presales activities with technical demos and proposals.
