Atos is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and govern the ServiceNow solution architecture. You will partner with customers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing platform solutions.

You will lead design activities, support migrations, and mentor teams, with 8–10+ years in IT and a ServiceNow SME background. This remote, full-time role offers global collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as a ServiceNow SME with solution design and platform architecture.
• Strong ITIL Foundations knowledge and ITSM/ITOM understanding.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of security and infrastructure technologies such as LDAP, SSO, SSL.

Responsabilidades

• Define, design, and govern the ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead solution design activities, development support, testing strategies, and PoCs.
• Plan migrations and ensure scalable, secure cloud/on-prem solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and present clear options.
• Develop technical solution plans with estimations and delivery approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
