Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Service Cloud Solution Engineer in Mexico City to demonstrate tailored Service Cloud solutions to customers and prospects. The role requires deep CRM/AI expertise, strategic sales thinking, and the ability to address business needs with compelling demonstrations.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Product Management, and international teams to advance the business, while pursuing ongoing training and certifications and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of call centre operations and processes.
• Curiosity to understand customer pain points and requirements.
• Ability to articulate technical value to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience as Sales Engineer/Architect in CRM/AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and internal teams.
• Lead solution cycle through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understand client needs and position Salesforce as the best fit.
• Develop and present custom demos addressing business issues.
• Maintain knowledge through product training and certifications.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives and respond to RFPs.
• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
