Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of call center operations, strong communication, and willingness to travel. This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City with a focus on accelerating the Service Cloud business

Qualifications

• Experience with call center or contact center operations.
• Strong curiosity and energy to understand customer pain points.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to solve problems.
• Previous Sales Engineer/Architect experience in CRM/AI context is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on location.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and field teams.
• Coordinate and lead the solution cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Understand customer needs and position Salesforce as the best fit.
• Develop and deliver customized demos and solution concepts.
