Salesforce is seeking a Principal, Specialist Solutions Engineer for our Public Sector customers in Mexico. You will combine industry knowledge with technical expertise to design customer-centric, AI-enabled Service Cloud solutions, guiding executive-level engagements and complex procurement processes.
Lead pilots, craft tailored demonstrations, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on roadmaps. Domestic travel and trusted advisor mindset are essential for success.
Formación
- 12+ years in solutions engineering or similar roles in SaaS/cloud
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Proven track record with multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce product suite and data/AI capabilities
- Fluency in Spanish and professional English
- Domestic travel required
Responsabilidades
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end engagements
- Lead discovery sessions with executives to assess needs and priorities
- Design and deliver tailored proposals, demos, and solution concepts
- Articulate Salesforce differentiation and address technical objections
- Lead pilots/PoCs and provide technical guidance
- Mentor junior SEs and contribute to the Specialist SE community
- Engage in enablement activities and public sector workshops
