Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer - Services Cloud to present Service and Support product offerings and architectures aligned to customer business requirements. You will engage with prospects and customers to remove technical objections and demonstrate how Salesforce solutions deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PreSales or Sales engineering
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, or Field Service is a plus
• Understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web tech
• Basic HTML and web tech familiarity; BPM/integration experience
• Past experience with CRM or telephony solutions is helpful
• Some domestic travel is required

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and executives
• Assess business processes impacted by technology
• Deliver findings with pain points, proposed solutions and ROI
• Contribute to the development of technical sales strategy
• Configure and demonstrate tailored solutions reflecting customer needs
• Propose solution architectures including omni-channel call center, CTI, and workforce management
• Lead enablement activities (Webinars, Best Practices, Knowledge sharing)
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product teams to build credible solutions
