Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a Principal, Specialist Solutions Engineer for Mexico. You will serve as a trusted advisor to public sector customers, designing solutions that deliver measurable value and transform citizen engagement.
You will lead discovery, design tailored demos, and guide pilots to successful outcomes, with emphasis on Data & AI and Service Cloud capabilities. You will mentor junior SEs, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help shape the solution narrative for
Qualifications
- 12+ years in solutions engineering or related roles, SaaS/cloud preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional English.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to drive end-to-end solution engagements.
- Lead discovery sessions with executives including C-level and IT.
- Design and deliver tailored presentations and demos.
- Lead pilots and PoCs with technical guidance.
- Propose solution architecture and best practices.
- Represent Salesforce Service Cloud at events and briefings.
- Support pipeline generation through workshops and responses.
- Mentor junior SEs and contribute to the community.
