Salesforce is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to drive Service Cloud presentations for prospective clients in a pre-sales capacity. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, engage with executives and IT, and demonstrate how Salesforce products deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with field service teams. Some domestic travel is required as part of client engagements.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience with PreSales and Services Industry.
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, or Field Service is a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology.
• Basic programming in HTML or web technologies is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM solutions and integration.

Responsabilidades

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and executive stakeholders.
• Assess business needs and opportunities, translating them into proposed solutions.
• Deliver findings with pain points, solutions, and ROI where applicable.
• Contribute to development of technical sales strategy.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions that reflect customer needs.
• Discuss architecture including omni-channel call center infrastructure, CTI, and workforce management.
• Lead enablement activities and collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
