Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Specialist Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor to Mexico's public sector customers.

You will design solutions that deliver measurable value, addressing citizen services and digital transformation with Service Cloud, Data & AI, and omni-channel infrastructure. You will lead discovery with executives, deliver compelling demos, and guide pilots/PoCs, while collaborating across product and engineering to drive customer outcomes and influence

Formación

12+ years in solutions engineering, enterprise software consulting, PreSales, or similar roles.
Experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or Field Service industries is preferred.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills for diverse executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end solution engagements with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
Conduct discovery sessions with executives (CxO, IT) to identify business needs.
Design and deliver tailored demos and solution concepts aligning Salesforce capabilities with customer outcomes.
Articulate Salesforce differentiation and manage objections throughout the sales cycle.
Lead pilots and PoCs, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful outcomes.
Collaborate with product and engineering to influence the roadmap and deliver impact.
Mentor junior SEs and contribute to the Specialist SE community.
