Salesforce seeks a Solution Engineer for Service Cloud to present offerings and architecture to prospects, translating business needs into compelling technical solutions while removing objections in the sales cycle.

You’ll analyze customer requirements, demonstrate Service Cloud value, and collaborate with Field Service Management, Account Executives and Product Management to tailor demonstrations and drive success.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience with PreSales and Services Industry.
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, or Field Service is a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce product suite and platform.
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies.
• Basic HTML and other web tech experience.
• Experience with one or more CRM solutions and integration.
• Some domestic travel is required.

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and field teams.
• Assess business impacts and deliver ROI-focused findings.
• Develop technical sales strategy and tailored demonstrations.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions reflecting customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, SEs, Product Management to deliver value.
