• 10+ years CRM experience required.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective implementation designs.
• Strong design skills to critique visuals and optimize user flows.
• Excellent written and visual communication; document requirements with diagrams and videos.
• Self-directed, able to break down complex processes and manage progress.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in business process redesign and roadmap planning.
• Understand current business processes in detail with clients.
• Engage with IT/business stakeholders to elicit requirements and build prototypes.
• Create and own user stories and map them to agile sprints.
• Support UAT, test planning, Go-Live activities, and status reporting.
