Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Salesforce Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deploy large-scale Salesforce solutions for premier clients. You will own configurations, custom development, and data migration while guiding deployment strategies and best practices.

You will work in an agile, collaborative setting, supporting remote, cross‑region delivery with a strong focus on Salesforce Cloud technologies and code management. Experience with Communications Cloud and GitHub is desirable.

Qualifications

Solid expertise in Salesforce.com development and deployment.
Experience with agile project delivery and team collaboration.
Strong problem solving and debugging abilities.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and CSS for front-end tasks.
Experience with Apex, LWC and low-code Salesforce development.
Knowledge of deployment best practices and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
GitHub workflow and branching strategies.
Salesforce Admin certification is required.
Salesforce App Builder certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own standard configurations, custom development, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
Lead deployment strategies per architectural standards and source control guidelines.
Troubleshoot and fix implementation issues in collaborative teams.
Work in an agile, professional services environment and follow methodologies.
Collaborate remotely with global teams for delivery across geographies.
Serve as technical lead across multiple projects and reference the implementation team.
