Bluelight is seeking an experienced project manager to lead software development initiatives across multiple teams and vendors. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and risk management while ensuring clear communication with clients and executives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to align nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams with client goals.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects across teams and vendors.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage software development projects from scoping through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Maintain risk registers, budget, resourcing and timelines.
• Report project status to clients and executives with clear milestones.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory or compliance requirements when applicable.
• Oversee onboarding of nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams and ensure alignment with clients.
