Bluelight is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for clients across the Americas, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role emphasizes accountability, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality applications on time.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and milestones, and drive risk mitigation while aligning with Agile and change-control processes. Remote work with partial US-hours overlap is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience meeting fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
