Bluelightconsulting seeks an experienced Software Project Manager to lead multiple, complex software initiatives. The role requires coordinating teams across in-house and nearshore partners, managing deadlines, scope, and budgets while communicating with clients and executives.

You will drive risk management, implement change controls, and oversee vendor dependencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contractual timelines.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools like Jira or Asana.

Responsabilidades

• Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet fixed deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain risk registers, change-control processes, and dependency tracking.
• Provide status reporting to executives and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, scope, and resourcing across multiple workstreams.
