Bluelightconsulting seeks a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead complex multi-team initiatives for clients across the Americas. You will own scope, budgets, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams, manage risks, and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project leadership in software delivery, experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency with Jira or Asana.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience with fixed external deadlines and milestone management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple concurrent software delivery workstreams.
• Manage client dependencies, deadlines, owners and escalation paths.
• Oversee scope, budgets, resourcing and timelines across projects.
• Implement risk mitigation and formal change-control processes.
• Provide client-facing status reporting and ensure governance.
