Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver software development programs. You will coordinate client dependencies, manage risks and changes, and oversee budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.

The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder communication, translating complex concepts for non-technical executives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
