Bluelight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from Puebla, Mexico. You will drive project direction, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against tight external deadlines.

The role requires delivering complex projects with strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and adherence to milestones. Remote work options and nearshore collaboration with US-LATAM teams are available.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience with risk registers, change control, and milestone/gate-based acceptance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate software development projects across multiple teams.
• Manage project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines.
• Communicate with clients and executives, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery against milestones and maintain status reporting.
