Bluelight seeks a senior Program Manager to lead software development initiatives for diverse clients across the US and LATAM, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery of complex systems.

You will drive risk, scope, and budget management, mentor teams, and establish governance using Jira/Asana. A PMP/CSM/PSM or equivalent is preferred; 5+ years of experience is mandatory; remote work with overlapping US hours.

Formación

• Five or more years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk and change control.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating vendor dependencies and client-facing reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate tech concepts for non-technical clients.
• Background working with large, distributed engineering teams; overlap US business hours.
• PMP, CSM, or PSM certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage fixed deadlines, milestones, and critical-path activities.
• Maintain risk registers, change-control processes, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and client communications.
• Oversee scope, budget, and multi-team resourcing across concurrent projects.
• Provide clear status reporting to executives and stakeholders.
