Bluelight is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple workstreams. You will oversee scope, budgets, resources, and timelines while coordinating with clients and vendors to meet fixed deadlines.

A strong focus on risk and change control, plus effective stakeholder communication, is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of delivery experience, familiarity with Jira/Asana, and a proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders in a

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable deadlines with critical-path and buffers.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
