Bluelight Consulting in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software delivery across multiple client engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure milestones are met while communicating with executives and clients.

The role requires strong risk management, vendor coordination, and the ability to overlap US business hours. A Bachelor's degree is required, with PMP/CSM/PSM certification preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
