Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding its delivery capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple software delivery projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships.

You will oversee scope, budgets, and timelines, ensure risk mitigation, and align with nearshore US-LATAM delivery strategies. A Bachelor's degree and PMI/CSM/PSM certifications are valued as part of our focus on professional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
