Stefanini LATAM is seeking an experienced Python Application Support professional to maintain production systems, investigate incidents, and implement RCA-driven improvements. You will collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

The role requires 5+ years in Python-based application support, strong Linux/Unix, SQL, REST API skills, and ITIL knowledge. English fluency and Cloud familiarity are essential for rapid issue resolution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application or production support for Python-based apps.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Linux/Unix, REST APIs, and scripting.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted apps (AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus).
• Hands-on with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and incident/problem management experience.
• Experience with monitoring/logging/observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK).
• Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes and troubleshoot production issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Python-based applications in production, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and production issues within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor application health using monitoring/logging tools.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure and Cloud teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support deployments, maintenance, and production releases for service continuity.
• Document support procedures, known issues, and solutions in the knowledge base.
• Track incidents, problems, trends, and metrics using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Contribute to Problem Management and continuous improvement initiatives.
