Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements.
• Manage ServiceNow/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Coordinate releases, migrations, and environment maintenance from development to production.
• Implement risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies.
• Support testing, requirement analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for billing, reporting, and compliance.

Preferred:

Experience with packaged and custom applications (.NET, WideOrbit, BTS), SQL/Oracle environments, and release management.
