Infosys in Mexico City is seeking a Technology Lead to maintain and support critical applications for Global Financial Services clients. You will collaborate with a skilled team to diagnose issues and implement robust solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in Applications Support with strong Unix, SQL, and scripting skills, plus Java or Python experience and excellent communication. You will engage in incident management, backlog grooming, and proactive stability improvements through automation.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Applications Support in Unix, SQL & Unix Scripting.
• Knowledge with Java/Python.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in SQL with PL/SQL statements, joins, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Unix with advanced shell commands and log analysis.
• Understanding of Java basics including OOP and memory management.

Responsabilidades

• Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues.
• Incident Management including resolution, stakeholder communication, and postmortems.
• User ticket management and backlog review.
• Support BCP, migration, and holiday activities.
• Identify root causes by debugging logs and improving stability through automation.
