Stefanini LATAM is seeking an experienced Java Application Support professional to ensure production environment stability and optimal performance. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in Java support, strong ITSM tooling knowledge (preferably ServiceNow), and solid skills in Java, REST, SQL, Linux/Unix, and monitoring tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Java Application Support in production environments.
• Solid understanding of application support, incident and problem management.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Java, REST APIs, SQL, Linux/Unix, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with application monitoring and incident tracking tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Java applications in production environments, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) while meeting SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and Middleware teams to resolve issues.
• Document support procedures, solutions, and knowledge articles.
• Generate reports and track incidents, problems, and metrics.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders on incident status and resolution.
• Participate in deployments, maintenance, and production support to ensure service continuity.
