Job summary

Hanshow Technology seeks a proactive Pre-sales Project Manager to drive technical solutions in the United States. You will collaborate with senior leaders across multiple departments to shape proposals and demonstrate value.

You will scope customer requirements, deliver RFx responses, build vision demos, and align infrastructure management services with sales goals. A strong technical background and cross‑functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Strong ability to discuss requirements and design solutions with customers.
• Excellent multi-lingual meeting participation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scope technical solutions to address customer requirements and maximize value for Hanshow.
• Promote seminars, create high-level demos, and present proposals in meetings.
• Deliver RFx responses, proposals, and POC.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date.
• Coordinate with Sales Support and Service to design solutions for customer requirements.
• Help achieve sales targets in product lines and areas.
• Guide and mentor team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
