The role combines strong ServiceNow knowledge with business acumen, consultative selling, and relationship-building to drive value across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or advisory roles.
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, IRM, App Engine, or AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and ServiceNow opportunities.
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and propose best practices.
• Develop solution approaches, high-level architectures, estimates, and proposals.
• Partner with sales, architects, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and support the full sales lifecycle.
• Present solutions to business and executive stakeholders, articulating business value and outcomes.
