Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solutions Consultant to translate client business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You will work with sales, architects, and delivery teams to shape opportunities, develop high-quality proposals, and present solutions to executives, building trusted relationships across the enterprise.

Ideal candidates bring deep ServiceNow knowledge, strong consulting and advisory experience, and excellent communication skills to drive adoption

Qualifications

Experience translating business challenges into ServiceNow solutions.
Proven ability to lead discovery conversations with clients.
Experience creating solution designs, estimates, staffing models, and SOWs.
Excellent communication with technical teams, stakeholders, and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and ServiceNow opportunities.
Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
Develop solution approaches, high-level architectures, estimates, implementation plans, and proposals.
Partner with sales, architects, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and support the full sales lifecycle.
Present solutions to business and executive stakeholders, articulating business value and outcomes.
