Speechmatics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with Sales, guide customers through technical discovery, design practical solutions, and deliver PoCs. This hands-on role involves writing code, building demos, and deploying environments in cloud or on-prem setups to support customer evaluations.

You will engage in multiple accounts, travel internationally, and contribute to technical presentations while ensuring customer success and platform adoption.

Formación

• Previous experience working in a customer-facing technical role
• Comfortable working with APIs (REST and WebSocket), integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into workable solutions
• Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies quickly
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to lead the technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
• Understand customer requirements (security, scale, integrations, accuracy, workflows) and design practical solutions
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and PoCs
• Deploy and configure environments in cloud or on-prem setups for customer evaluations
• Troubleshoot customer challenges and guide them toward successful outcomes
• Deliver engaging technical presentations to customers, partners, and events
• Support conferences and showcases globally, including international travel, to deliver compelling technical demonstrations
• Share knowledge internally and help Sales stay up to date as our platform evolves
