Sandvik is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to support direct and indirect sales of Cimatron CAD and Mold products, delivering high-quality technical support during pre-sales, training, and implementation.

The role collaborates with sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and successful deployments, including POCs, demonstrations, and workshops. Willingness to travel 40-50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• 10+ years in CAD/CAM with focus on mold design.
• Hands-on with Cimatron (preferred).
• Knowledge of CAM programming advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations, POCs, and technical content for campaigns.
• Provide inputs to proposals during the sales cycle.
• Train customers and resellers; conduct workshops and post-sales support.
• Lead technical enablement of sales teams for growth.
• Oversee complex technical support and successful implementations.
