Cimatron in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Technical Specialist to drive technical support for CAD/CAM and Mold products, collaborate with sales, and enable customers through training and implementation.

The role requires deep mold design knowledge, hands-on experience with Cimatron CAD/Mold, and the ability to lead reseller teams, create technical content, and deliver high-quality demos, POCs, and services while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Formación

• 10+ years in CAD/CAM industry with mold design focus.
• Proven ability to deliver technical support to sales teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales technical support including product demos, POCs, and technical content.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions and workshops.
• Oversee complex technical support cases and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage customer implementation projects including installation and workflow optimization.
• Mentor reseller engineering teams and drive product adoption.
