Cimatron seeks a senior Pre-Sales Technical Support and Training lead to drive the technical efforts supporting direct and indirect sales of CAD and Mold products. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure successful implementation and high customer adoption.

Role requires 10+ years in CAD/CAM with mold design, hands-on with Cimatron, and ability to travel 40-50% to visit prospects and customers for demos, POCs, and training.

Formación

• 10+ years in CAD/CAM with strong mold design focus
• Hands-on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding Flow Simulation Software (e.g., Inspire Mold) is preferred
• CAM programming knowledge is an added advantage

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution technical presentations, demos, and POCs for prospective customers
• Provide technical inputs to Sales during proposal stage
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions, workshops
• Oversee and manage complex technical support cases for Cimatron CAD products/solutions
• Drive technical excellence within reseller teams through upskilling and knowledge sharing
