Cimatron, a leading CAD/CAM provider for mold design and manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Pre-sales Technical Specialist. You will support direct and indirect sales, deliver product demonstrations, create technical content, and mentor reseller teams.

Responsibilities include training, complex technical support, and overseeing successful deployments at customer sites. Travel 40–50% is expected to engage with prospects and deliver workshops and demos.

Formación

• Demonstrated pre-sales capability and ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• Experience supporting CAD/CAM products in sales cycles or implementations.
• Proficiency with mold design processes and CAM/CAE tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-sales technical support and product demonstrations for CAD/Mold solutions.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions and workshops.
• Manage complex support cases and customer implementations with strong SLA adherence.
