Cimatron is seeking a senior technical professional to drive pre-sales support, training, and successful implementation of CAD/CAM/Mold solutions. This role collaborates closely with sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption across regional markets.

The candidate will manage training sessions, support complex customer implementations, and contribute to proposals and marketing content while maintaining high technical standards and upholding SLAs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in CAD/CAM with strong mold design/manufacturing focus.
• Hands-on experience with Cimatron (preferred) or other CAD/CAM systems.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding flow simulation software (e.g., Inspire Mold) preferred.
• Overall knowledge of CAM programming is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to deliver product/solution technical presentations, demos, and POCs for prospective customers.
• Provide technical inputs to Sales during proposal stages and prepare product content for marketing campaigns.
• Represent the organization technically at trade shows, technical seminars, webinars, and industry events.
• Plan and conduct customer and reseller training sessions and workshops.
• Oversee complex technical support cases, ensure timely SLAs, and manage customer implementations and installations.
